Director of Marketing and Communications

Full-Time

Jewish Family Services (JFS) is looking for a self-motivated Director of Marketing and Communications who possesses the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and adhering to budgets. Under the guidance of the Vice President of Development and Communications, this individual will create, implement and facilitate comprehensive strategies and plans for branding, awareness, and public relations in support of the Agency and its mission.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field with 4 years of progressively responsible related experience in a non-profit environment. JFS is looking for an individual who has expertise with development, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive strategic marketing and communications plans to meet organizational objectives, familiarity with best practices and knowledge of trends, strong project management skills and proficiency in managing multiple priorities. Exceptional presentation and communication (oral and written) skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also required. Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle with insurance.
