Older Adult Case Manager

Full-time

Jewish Family Services is offering an opportunity for a Case Manager, to work in the Family Care Department. This full time position will be responsible for providing assessments, case management services, advocacy and ongoing monitoring services to elderly persons in their homes.

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field and a minimum of 1 year prior experience working with older adults. Prior experience can be a combination of volunteer and working experience and must total 1 year or more. Knowledge of computers, the Internet and the ability to work with public and private social service organizations is required. The ability to pass a criminal background check, a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle with insurance is also required.

Care Manager

Part-time

Jewish Family Services is offering an opportunity for a Care Manager, to work in their LinkAges Program. This part time position will be responsible for providing comprehensive social services that support and enhance independent living for frail older adults.

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in social work or related human services field. Prior experience in working with older adults is preferred. Knowledge of computers, the Internet and the ability to work independently and effectively with clients, volunteers, agency staff and others is required. The ability to pass a criminal background check, a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle with insurance is also required.

Infant Bonding Trainer

Part-time

Jewish Family Services is offering an opportunity for a trainer to work in the Infant Bonding Program. This part time position will be responsible for preparing and presenting workshops to day care providers and parents of young children, as well as provide onsite consultation for day care centers.

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree of Social Work with an emphasis or experience in early childhood development. Knowledge of computers, the Internet and the ability to collaborate, work independently and effectively with clients, volunteers, agency staff and others is required. Candidates must also be able to organize workload and maintain required level of productivity as well as be able to pass a criminal background check.
