Community Education Services

JFS staff members provide education programs and consultative services to Jewish communal agencies and institutions to promote awareness, health and fulfillment in family life.

Six Critical Conversations: Talking with your Teen is a series of programs designed to create dialogue between parents and children. It is funded through a grant from the Kennedy and Barnett Families.

The Jewish Community Mental Health Education Project is intended to increase awareness of mental health concerns in the Jewish community and to reduce the stigma associated with mental illness. It is a collaboration of the Greater Milwaukee Jewish Community coordinated by Jewish Family Services. Project participants have developed a valuable publication entitled "Mental Health Resources Guide for the Greater Milwaukee Jewish Community."
