Jewish Family Services Presents Luncheon of Champions, Honoring Community HeroesMarch 24, 2009
Jewish Family Services, Inc. (JFS) is excited to announce their annual spring Luncheon of Champions event on Wednesday, June 3rd from 11:30 a.m.- 1:30 p.m. at the Italian Conference Center, where the agency will recognize three individuals who make it their personal missions to live and teach community involvement. JFS will honor Attorney Frank Gimbel, founding partner of Gimbel, Reilly, Guerin & Brown, and son, Mr. Josh Gimbel, partner at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP, who will be the recipients of the Father-Son award. Rabbi Ronald M. Shapiro of Congregation Shalom will receive the Community Partner Award. Mr. Allan H. (Bud) Selig and Mr. Robert Joseph will co-chair the event, and the emcee will be Mr. Robert Habush. The cost for individual tickets is $50 and a variety of corporate sponsorships are available. The event is open to the entire community. Sylvan Leabman, President/CEO of JFS says, “This event will provide an opportunity for us to highlight the leadership and commitment that these individuals have displayed.
