Carin Pittleman, M.S.S.W., A.P.S.W.

Case Manager, Lifetime Service Program Coordinator

Carin works with individuals who have exceptional needs and their families, in order to support the individual’s ability to live as independently as possible. She collaborates with family members and other health professionals to provide client-centered services in order to facilitate her clients’ ability to meet their goals in life. Carin also coordinates the JFS Lifetime Services Program, which allows families to create a custom care plan that specifies JFS services for their loved one.

Prior to JFS, Carin was the Director of Education for the March of Dimes Birth Defects Foundation of Southeastern Wisconsin, was the Client Advocate in the Medical Assistance Program for the Wisconsin Department of Healthcare Financing and the Information and Crisis Counselor for the Wisconsin Cancer Information Service.

Specialties:

Carin has 30 years of personal and work experience in the healthcare field. During this time, she has coordinated and collaborated with individuals and families to provide information and insight to help improve clients’ skills necessary for maneuvering through healthcare networks in order to receive superior service.

Carin is passionate regarding improving others’ abilities to coordinate care and advocate for themselves and believes in assisting her clients to think “outside the box” with regard to their personal development.
