Endowment OpportunitiesA type of endowed fund (minimum gift $2,500) may be established to honor or commemorate a loved one. The donor may name the fund and choose an area of interest for how the fund’s income will be spent annually. A person may also choose to endow a program or area of service provided by Jewish Family Services. Reasons to Consider an Endowed Fund
Types of Endowed FundsUnrestrictedIncome may be used where it is needed most. This is the most flexible type of fund, as it allows Jewish Family Services to respond to emergencies or pressing needs. Donor DesignatedThe donor may make designate a particular project or target population that is meaningful to the donor or loved one. Within the designated area, the donor may recommend the use of the funds each year.
