COLLABORATIVE DIVORCE

In collaborative divorce, separation and divorce are treated as problems to be solved, not battles to be fought.  Research and common sense show that unresolved conflict between parents is the number one cause of harm to children during a divorce.  JFS has taken a lead in offering specially-trained divorce coaches who work in a team with the family, lawyers and financial advisors to arrive at a settlement by agreement rather than by court action.
