COURT MANDATED DIVORCE CLASS

Jewish Family Services provides an individual or couple class fulfilling the state educational requirements for divorcing parents.  It is designed to promote positive family dynamics in the midst and aftermath of divorce.

The class topics include:

  • Skills for co-parenting with an ex-spouse
  • Strategies for negotiating differences
  • The importance of medication
  • Minimizing the impact divorce has on children
  • Methods to help children manage the transition between households
