Anne provides psychotherapy to individuals from pre-adolescence to adults.  She seeks to engage in a collaborative process, facilitating a therapy that helps clients gain the ability and tolerance to reflect on ways in which they were hurt in the past, how they were impacted then, and the relevance of their experiences to present-day life and experiences in relationships.  Anne sees that for many of her clients, the most important work in therapy is that of reclaiming their self in mind and body, thoughts and actions, emotions and capacity to feel compassion for the self.

Prior to joining JFS, Anne worked with people impacted by violence at the Milwaukee LGBT Community Center, providing supportive, LGBT-affirmative advocacy and counseling services. She also worked at Sixteenth Street Community Health Center as a bilingual psychotherapist and behavioral health consultant.
