Elizabeth practices from a compassionate, holistic health, and strengths-based approach, helping clients and families enhance resilience to life’s challenges. She is passionate about empowering her client’s natural strengths and creativity to increase overall wellness and enjoyment of daily life.
Elizabeth embraces child-led trauma-informed play to express curiosity, strengthen self-confidence, and safely process life transitions and/or traumas. Elizabeth is trained in trauma-informed yoga practice and encourages movement, mindfulness, and time in the natural world. Elizabeth works with clients across the lifespan in an outpatient setting and school-based community setting to promote safety, connection, and regulation.
