We hope that you enjoyed our Hope, Help and Healing Gala, last night! A virtual event to raise funds to support social services, mental health counseling, case management services, and affordable, supportive housing for nearly 2,500 individuals in the greater Milwaukee area.
In addition to raising awareness of the services provided by JFS, the night featured a special presentation by local civic leader, entrepreneur and philanthropist, Sheldon Lubar on his newly released memoir Climbing My Mountain: My Life, Words and Values. Our thanks to Marianne and Shel Lubar for making this presentation possible and also to John Gurda, renowned Milwaukee historian, for his support of the segment.
