Patient Privacy Practices

On April 14, 2003, the federal Office of Civil Rights began enforcing new rules to ensure this trust between patients and their healthcare providers. As part of those new rules, healthcare providers will be required to obtain your signature in acknowledgement of how the hospital/provider uses and shares your personal health information. Please click here for our HIPAA statement.
