In 2009, JFS took action to address the urgent community need for safe and affordable housing options for individuals with disabilities, seniors and low-income families. This vision led to the formation of JFS Housing, Inc. (JFSHI) a subsidiary of Jewish Family Services and the development of Deerwood Crossing Senior Residences, Bradley Crossing and The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Residences at Bradley Crossing Supportive Housing Community, a model integrated residential setting located at the intersection of Sherman Boulevard and Bradley Road in the village of Brown Deer, WI.
JFS Housing, Inc., develops affordable housing for low- and moderate-income individuals, families, seniors and people with disabilities. Our campus community provides residents with more than a place to live. This is truly home, with all the amenities to live an active life. What makes our community truly unique is how it fosters social interaction among neighbors, yet ensures security and privacy.
