Tanya works with individuals from a collaborative, strength-based approach. She enjoys working individually with adults to develop self-awareness, self-confidence and the skills necessary to overcome life’s obstacles with the goal of living a fulfilling life. Tanya believes in building a strong therapeutic relationship with clients and focuses on creating a space where clients feel accepted and heard as they work toward achieving their goals. She is empathic and kind in her approach and customizes treatment methods to each client’s specific needs.

Tanya utilizes supportive therapy, solution focused, client centered, and cognitive behavioral therapies, as well as mindfulness-based interventions to help clients reduce symptoms and improve functioning in all areas of their lives.
