Eligibility

Bradley Crossing is financed with affordable housing tax credits. The Section 42 program has been in place since the late 1980s as a way to encourage private developers to build high-quality affordable housing communities.

Other than income qualification, Bradley Crossing functions like any other “market rate” apartment community; residents must pay their own rent and electric utility. Heat and water are included. Some households with a qualifying disability may also be eligible for project-based housing vouchers from Milwaukee County. Speak with our leasing agent or contact us to go over the specifics of the program.

A potential resident’s income is verified and measured against the Milwaukee County median income for various household income allowed in each income category, 30%, 40%, 50% and 60% of the Area Median Income. A variety of units are available in each income category. Call our leasing agent for more information
