Dec 10, 2025: JFS has received notice that LEED Gold rating has been awarded to The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Residences at Woodale Crossing. LEED is a green building rating system that is administered by the US Green Building Council. The LEED Gold rating indicates that JFS has taken significant steps to ensure that our building is sustainable for the planet and a healthy living environment for our residents.
